A Forensic Investigation of your building, indoors and outdoors. We perform a targeted audit of known or suspected leak locations (excluding roofs), while also scanning the broader building envelope for emerging issues, often invisible to the human eye but often discoverable using the right technology. We use highly sensitive Thermal Imaging to identify anomalies, then back that up with radar scanning and/or moisture sensors to confirm where water is actually present.

Standard Drone Inspection

Precision Aerial Surveying. A targeted flyover to identify defects or investigate specific issues on roofs or other areas at height. Proactive Building-Health Scan

The Non-Destructive "Health Check." Typically used to get an overall picture of your property's condition and catch potential issues before they become expensive failures. We assess for unidentified wet areas, insulation gaps, and thermal leaks around doors and windows. This also includes a thermal scan of the Electrical Meter Board to check for hotspots or overheating circuit breakers.

Forensic Drone Audit

Exhaustive Aerial Analysis. This is our most comprehensive drone audit, utilising multiple, overlapping 50-megapixel images for a deep-dive analysis of the entire structure.
Result: Following the drone investigation, back in our office, we perform a detailed study of the high-resolution imagery to find visible faults. You receive a comprehensive report featuring a Marked-Up Mapping Photo, which pinpoints the exact location of faults so they can be easily found and repaired.
